A 360° event management company in UAE
Topaz handles ideation, strategy, planning and execution as one piece of work. Ten years and four hundred events in, we deliver for government departments, universities and brands across Sharjah, Dubai and Abu Dhabi, UAE.
Our creative team and our technical crew sit in the same building, and the AV inventory is ours. So the room you were shown in the pitch is the room your guests walk into — whether that is a conference, an award ceremony, a festival or an exhibition build.

Do you provide LED screens and AV equipment?
Yes. LED screens, sound systems, lighting, projectors, laser shows, cameras and drones are all held in our own inventory, so the same team that specifies the setup is the team that operates it on show day.
Can Topaz handle large-scale corporate events and exhibitions?
We regularly deliver international conferences, sports championships and large exhibitions. Our in-house production team covers the full run, from the first site survey through to de-rig.
