Projectoverview
Aqaar Developments, the government-owned real estate developer of Ajman, unveiled Dusit Thani Residences — a branded beachfront residential project on Ajman Corniche — on 14 February 2026 at Dusit Thani Hotel, Dubai. Hosted by media personality Kris Fade, the launch welcomed 200+ VIP investors, government stakeholders and real estate professionals.
Topaz Events managed the complete event experience, from planning and AV production to LED screens, circular display elements, sound and lighting design, a custom stage for the keynotes and project unveiling, and VIP seating with high-end furniture.
