Topaz Events had the privilege of creating a standout exhibition stand for the Abu Dhabi Forum for Peace at the Abu Dhabi International Book Fair. We designed a visually captivating space that beautifully conveyed the Forum’s powerful message of peace and unity. From conceptual design to flawless execution, our team brought this vision to life.

Shaped with flowing white curves, soft teal accents and elegant Arabic calligraphy, the stand welcomed 1,000+ visitors with a publications library, a lounge and seminar area with a large LED screen, interactive digital displays and a welcoming reception, creating a calm, inspiring space for dialogue around the Forum’s work.

What we delivered

To bring the Abu Dhabi Forum for Peace stand to life, we delivered:

Concept & Stand Design A flowing, curved concept with Arabic calligraphy and a calm white-and-teal palette reflecting peace and unity.

Fabrication & Build Custom curved joinery, illuminated branded fascia, display niches and premium finishes, built and installed by our team.

Publications Library & Displays Shelving and niche displays showcasing the Forum’s books and publications for visitors to explore.

Lounge, Seminar Area & LED Screen White lounge seating, a seminar zone and a large LED screen for talks, films and Forum highlights.

Digital Touchpoints & On-site Support Interactive digital totems with QR content, a reception counter, flags and on-site support throughout the fair.
