The brief
Projectoverview
Topaz Events served as technology and event execution partner to Vernewell Group for the Quantum Innovation Summit & Exhibition 2026 at the Grand Hyatt Dubai Conference & Exhibition Centre, delivering the project from concept and venue design through to on-ground execution.
The scope covered three distinct builds within a single event. The main summit required full AV and stage production. Quantinuum needed a custom-designed and fabricated exhibition booth. The Technology Innovation Institute (TII) required an LED tunnel as an immersive brand experience.
Each deliverable carried its own design language, technical specification and build timeline, yet all three had to be completed inside one shared installation window at the same venue. Topaz Events handled every element with its in-house production team, giving Vernewell Group a single point of accountability across design, fabrication, technology and delivery.
What the client needed

One partner across three builds: a single team to design, produce and deliver the main summit stage, the Quantinuum booth and the TII LED tunnel, rather than coordinating separate suppliers.

Summit-grade AV and stage production befitting an international quantum technology audience, with reliable coverage for keynotes, panels and technical presentations.

A custom exhibition booth for Quantinuum, designed and fabricated to reflect the brand and function as a working engagement space on the show floor.

An immersive LED tunnel for TII that translated advanced research into a visual, walkthrough brand experience for visiting delegates.

Three timelines inside one build window, with all installations completed, tested and show-ready at a live conference venue without disrupting one another.
What we delivered
To fulfill the vision of Vernewell Group, we delivered:

Concept & Venue Design Developed with Vernewell Group, mapping the summit hall, exhibition floor and visitor journey before any build began.

Summit AV & Stage Production Stage construction, LED screens, professional sound, lighting design and show-calling across the programme.

Quantinuum Booth Design & Fabrication From 3D visualisation through to build, finishing, installation and on-site technical support.

TII LED Tunnel Designed and installed using Topaz’s own LED inventory and in-house content and technical teams.

One In-House Production Team Sequencing all three builds across one installation window, with on-site supervision throughout the event and managed dismantle afterwards.
The outcome
The Quantum Innovation Summit & Exhibition 2026 brought three separate technical builds together under one roof and one delivery team. By handling concept, fabrication, AV and LED technology in-house, Topaz Events gave Vernewell Group a coordinated build programme instead of three independent suppliers working to competing schedules.
