Projectoverview
The Sheikh Sultan Award for Celebrating the Spirit of Youth is a UAE initiative that recognises young people for their growth beyond academics, across leadership, skills, volunteering, adventure and wellbeing. The 2025 ceremony was held in Sharjah under the patronage and in the presence of His Highness Sheikh Sultan Al Qasimi.
Organised by Rubu' Qarn (RQ Sharjah) for 500+ guests, the outdoor ceremony honoured the year's award recipients. Topaz Events Management supplied the complete event setup, built with precision, respect and impact.

Stage, Sound & Lighting Full management of stage engineering, professional sound and truss-mounted lighting for the outdoor ceremony.

Ceremonial Fabrication A traditional Arabic ceremonial archway and branded photo walls with integrated lighting.

VIP Seating & Hospitality Grandstand seating, VIP lounges with white furniture and floral centrepieces, and red carpets.

Registration & Entry Oversight of the registration marquee, structured queues, branded signage and entry logistics.

Technical Coordination On-ground technical coordination for a smooth, immersive guest experience from arrival to the final award.
