Topaz Event Management had the honor of designing and delivering an innovative exhibition booth that blended creativity, modernity and functionality to create a truly memorable experience for visitors. From the initial concept to the final details, our team ensured every element aligned with Abu Dhabi Media Network’s mission and vision.
The two-storey stand welcomed 1,000+ visitors with soft-blue façades wrapped in Arabic calligraphy, a curved corner LED screen, window-style LED displays, an illuminated staircase to the upper deck, branded zones for the network’s channels and platforms, and comfortable lounge and meeting areas for guests and partners.

Concept & Booth Design A creative, modern booth concept with Arabic calligraphy graphics and a calm blue palette, from initial idea to final detail.

Two-Storey Fabrication A double-deck structure with an illuminated staircase, upper-level meeting space and premium finishes, built and installed by our team.

LED Screens & Digital Content A curved corner LED screen and window-style LED displays presenting the network’s content and highlights.

Branded Channel Zones Dedicated areas for the network’s channels and platforms, plus a hanging banner for visibility across the hall.

Lounge, Lighting & On-site Support Lounge and meeting areas, backlit signage and lighting, and on-site support throughout the exhibition.
