The stakes

Thousands of families,one take

A convocation is a live broadcast with no rehearsal for the people in it. Hundreds of names have to be read correctly, in order, while students cross a stage on a cue they have practised once, in front of families who will keep the photograph for thirty years.

We run the ceremony like a show: name-card sequencing, marshalling, stage cueing, camera positions and screen relay all planned together, so the procession keeps moving and every graduate gets their moment on the screen.

Do you handle the full scope of a graduation ceremony?

Yes. As a full-service graduation ceremony planner we handle stage fabrication, sound and lighting, seating arrangements, show calling and protocol management, so every part of the ceremony runs to one plan.

Can you plan a smaller VIP graduation reception?

Absolutely. While we specialise in large university convocations, we also design intimate, high-end graduation celebrations and VIP dinners, tailored to events of any scale.

Do you work with universities outside Dubai?

Yes. We have deep experience in Sharjah with UOS and AUS, in Abu Dhabi, and across the wider UAE. Three offices mean local support wherever the campus is.

How do I get started?

Send your brief through the enquiry form, or reach us by phone or WhatsApp. We will come back with a costed proposal built around your venue, guest numbers and date — usually within one working day.
