We’re looking for an Engineer / Event Architect with a passion for event design, technical planning, and creative problem-solving. You’ll transform concepts into practical event environments, developing technical layouts, coordinating production requirements, and ensuring every detail is ready for flawless execution.

We are looking for a talented and experienced Engineer / Event Architect to join our growing events and production team.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience in event structures, exhibition stands, temporary installations, technical drawings, and site execution, with the ability to turn creative concepts into practical, safe, and executable designs.
The work
Responsibilities
- Prepare AutoCAD 2D drawings, layouts, elevations, sections, and technical details.
- Design and develop event structures, exhibition stands, stages, booths, tents, and temporary installations.
- Conduct site measurements and coordinate site requirements.
- Prepare shop drawings and fabrication drawings.
- Coordinate with production teams, suppliers, fabricators, and project managers.
- Review designs for practicality, safety, dimensions, and execution.
- Attend site installations and provide technical solutions when required.
- Ensure drawings and installations comply with venue and safety requirements.
- Support the team from concept development through fabrication and final installation.
What we look for
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or related field.
- 2–5 years of relevant UAE/event industry experience preferred.
- Strong AutoCAD skills are essential.
- Knowledge of SketchUp, Revit, 3ds Max, Rhino, or similar software is an advantage.
- Experience with event structures, exhibitions, booths, stages, or temporary installations.
- Strong technical drawing and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and during event setup periods.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- UAE experience is preferred.
