Topaz Events proudly curated a remarkable experience for Nakheel Properties Dubai 2023, showcasing our expertise in event concept creation, branding and production. With a seamless blend of creativity and precision, we brought Nakheel’s vision to life, delivering a meticulously crafted event that reflected innovation, excellence and an unparalleled guest experience.
Under the theme ‘We Are One’, the HCM team-building event brought 500+ Nakheel team members together in a Dubai hotel ballroom. We designed the full ‘We Are One’ identity, built an LED stage with team portrait screens, and ran an evening of interactive quizzes, the Rush-a-Way Challenge, a Q1 and Q2 achievements review and a celebratory team photo, all from table-numbered team zones.

Interactive Team Games Screen-led quizzes and the Rush-a-Way Challenge, with live scoring and numbered team tables.

Achievements Presentation Show-managed Q1 and Q2 achievements content and speaker support for leadership updates.

Ballroom Setup & Event Management Round-table team zones for 500+ guests, hospitality stations and on-site management from setup to close.
