Topaz Events is proud to showcase our production for Pink Polo 2025 at Ghantoot Racing & Polo Club, Abu Dhabi. Blending the sophistication of polo with a mission for breast cancer awareness, our team transformed the venue into a vibrant, pink-themed experience. From bespoke activations to seamless sports management, every detail reflected a commitment to strength and unity, creating an inspiring impact far beyond the field.
Across the polo grounds, we delivered a branded Pink Souq entrance, a VIP arrival with pink carpet, a glass-walled VIP marquee, lawn lounge seating, a family fun zone and a giant #PinkPolo letter installation, welcoming 2,000+ visitors to a day of sport, community and purpose.

What we delivered
To bring Pink Polo 2025 to life at Ghantoot, we delivered:

Concept & Pink-Themed Styling A cohesive pink visual identity across the grounds, from the pink carpet and fencing to signage and floral accents.

Entrances & Branded Structures The Pink Souq gateway arch with sponsor panels, a VIP entrance arch and a giant #PinkPolo letter installation on the field.

VIP Hospitality A glass-walled VIP marquee, pitch-side lounge furniture, cocktail tables and a curated trophy and prize display.

Family & Community Zones Inflatables, kids’ activities and Pink Souq stalls that kept families and visitors engaged throughout the day.

Sports Event Management On-site coordination of the polo match day, including guest flow, crowd barriers, suppliers and live operations.
