Topaz Event Management is excited to share highlights from the Sharjah International Conference on AI & Linguistics (SICAL) at the American University of Sharjah. We were honored to organize this prestigious event, which brought together experts and thought leaders to explore the intersections of AI and language.

For 700+ academics, researchers, students and industry guests, we created a conference experience that matched its forward-looking theme: a “Welcome to SICAL” LED arch, interactive LED kiosks across the campus atrium, a branded media wall and interview set, smooth registration and a fully produced auditorium stage for keynotes, panels and award moments.

Auditorium Stage & AV A main stage with LED screens, lighting, sound and show control for keynotes, panels and award moments.

Registration & Guest Experience Branded registration desks, queue management and hospitality for 700+ attendees.

Media Wall & Interview Set A backlit AI & Linguistics media wall and lounge-style interview set, supported by our on-site crew.
