Project Overview

Sharjah National Oil Corporation (SNOC), one of the UAE’s leading government energy entities, required a commanding exhibition presence at the 3rd HSE Expo – a flagship industry event held on April 1–2, 2026, at Al Jawaher Reception & Convention Centre, Sharjah. Hosted under the patronage of His Highness Sheikh Sultan bin Ahmad Al Qasimi, Deputy Ruler of Sharjah and Chairman of SNOC, the expo united regulators, decision-makers, and HSE specialists under the theme of Resilience, Sustainability & Operational Excellence.

Topaz Events was entrusted with the full design and execution of SNOC’s exhibition stand — a space that needed to reflect the corporation’s authority and vision while fostering meaningful engagement with visitors. The stand had to go beyond aesthetics, functioning as an active platform for interaction, brand storytelling, and audience participation throughout the two-day event.

Design and build a complete, fully branded exhibition stand that reflects SNOC’s identity as a leading government energy corporation and the host of the HSE Expo.

OUR SOLUTIONS

To fulfill the vision of SNOC, we delivered:

Designed and delivered a complete exhibition stand featuring a bold curved reception desk, elevated platform flooring, soft-tone architectural finishes, and integrated LED perimeter lighting – creating a clean, professional, and visually distinctive brand environment.
Installed a large-scale LED screens wall and a circular overhead screen branded with the HSE Expo identity, ensuring maximum visual impact and visibility from across the exhibition hall.
Set up an AI Photo Booth experience, offering visitors a memorable, shareable activation that extended the SNOC brand presence beyond the physical stand.
Deployed an interactive Quiz Game station, drawing in visitors with a fun, HSE-themed engagement mechanic that reinforced event messaging in an accessible and impactful way.
Incorporated a Pledge Wall, inviting attendees to make a visible personal commitment to HSE values turning a passive visit into a moment of meaningful participation aligned with the event’s core mission.
