Staged in front of the University of Sharjah’s iconic domed main building, the Alumni Annual Ceremony welcomed 1,000+ graduates and guests to an open-air gala dinner with a grand LED stage, LED towers lining a red-carpet aisle, sweeping beam lights, architectural uplighting of the campus and a row of hospitality carts for a warm, celebratory evening.

Main Stage & LED Screens A grand stage with a wide LED backdrop and side screens presenting the Alumni Annual Ceremony branding and programme.

LED Towers & Red-Carpet Aisle Trussed LED screens along a red-carpet aisle so every table had a clear view of the stage.

Lighting & Architectural Uplighting Sweeping beam lights and colourful uplighting that showcased the university’s domed main building.

Gala Dinner Setup An open-air banquet layout with dressed round tables and elegant seating for 1,000+ alumni and guests.
