Topaz Events proudly organised the Alrubatiya International Arabian Horse Championship in Oman, marking our first event in the country. Expanding our horizons, our passionate and creative team delivered an exceptional experience, showcasing the elegance and prestige of Arabian horse championships with flawless execution.
For the European Conference of Arab Horse Organisation, we created a complete championship venue on the Omani coast near Muscat, set between the sea and the mountains. A fenced show ring with a large LED screen, shaded grandstand tents and VIP majlis seating welcomed 1,000+ breeders, owners, handlers, judges and spectators, carrying the championship from daytime classes into evening performances and a closing ceremony.

What we delivered
To bring the Arabian Horse Championship 2023 to life, we delivered:

Show Ring & Venue Build A fenced sand show ring with white rail fencing, judging positions and a full site layout on the Omani coast.

Grandstands & Hospitality Shaded grandstand tents and VIP majlis seating overlooking the ring, with hospitality service throughout.

LED Screen & Sound A large ringside LED screen and professional sound so every class and result reached the whole audience.

Evening Lighting & Shows Arena and architectural lighting that carried the championship into dramatic evening performances.

Ceremony & Event Management An ornate ceremony stage for the closing celebration and on-site management from build to close.
The outcome
The Alrubatiya International Arabian Horse Championship 2023 marked Topaz Events’ successful debut in Oman. Against a backdrop of sea and mountains, a purpose-built show ring, comfortable grandstands, clear LED coverage and atmospheric evening lighting showcased the elegance of the Arabian horse for 1,000+ guests. On behalf of the European Conference of Arab Horse Organisation, we delivered a prestigious, flawlessly executed championship and opened a new chapter for our team beyond the UAE.
