The brief

Step inside the innovative exhibition stand we designed for Shams Media at the 14th International Government Communication Forum (IGCF 2025), held at Expo Centre Sharjah. The custom-built stand seamlessly blended culture and creativity, featuring a dynamic Kinetic LED Wall, an interactive Shams Talk zone and a Majlis-style discussion area that captured the essence of collaboration and communication.
Crowned by a sweeping suspended ring canopy and finished with illuminated Shams Media City branding, warm timber fins and lush greenery, the stand welcomed 1,000+ visitors, from government leaders and media professionals to creators and students, with live talks, workshops and a branded café experience throughout the forum.

Concept & Stand Design Creative concept, 3D visualisation and technical drawings shaped around Shams Media’s brand and visitor journey.

Fabrication & Suspended Canopy Custom joinery, illuminated branded pylons, timber fins and a sweeping suspended ring canopy, built and installed by our team.

Kinetic LED Wall & Digital Screens A dynamic Kinetic LED Wall and integrated LED screens presenting Shams Media content and live sessions.

Shams Talk & Majlis Zones A fully equipped talk stage with audience seating and a Majlis-style discussion area for collaboration and networking.

Hospitality & On-site Management A branded café counter, greenery and styling, plus venue compliance, build-up, live support and dismantling.
The outcome
The Shams Media stand became one of the most engaging spaces at IGCF 2025, welcoming 1,000+ visitors into a vibrant hub for conversation, creativity and communication.
